Michael is admitted to practice in multiple states and jurisdictions, including Florida, New York, Texas, and the District of Columbia. He is also admitted to practice in the Southern District of Florida and Middle District of Florida. Michael began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County, where he gained invaluable courtroom and trial experience, trying numerous misdemeanor and felony cases to verdict. Later, he represented insurance companies in first-party property disputes, honing his civil litigation skills. However, his desire to prioritize individuals over corporations led him to a well-respected plaintiff's firm, where he represented injured patients in medical and hospital negligence claims, and clients in general negligence and wrongful death claims. Michael later joined a nationally recognized and respected Plaintiff's firm where he continued representing victims of negligence, particularly those involved in motor vehicle accidents and slip and fall incidents. Michael's dedication and expertise has resulted in significant achievements, helping clients recover tens of millions of dollars in settlements, including a confidential settlement totaling over $100 million. Michael has also tried several cases to verdict, fighting for his clients in the courtroom.

As an active member of the legal community, Michael holds memberships in various prestigious organizations, such as the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, Florida Justice Association, Miami-Dade Trial Lawyers Association, and Broward County Trial Lawyers Association.
